1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 7ezd website and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and related promotional offers (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 7ezd ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). To register and maintain an account on the 7ezd Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria. 7ezd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the lifecycle of an account, including at the time of withdrawal. Failure to satisfy any of the criteria below will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any funds accrued through ineligible activity may be forfeited.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the Platform.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. Creating an account for another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, voluntary ban, or any other restriction that limits your access to gambling services.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the 7ezd Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be confiscated without notice.

4Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on 7ezd, you must complete the registration process by providing valid personal information and, where requested, completing identity verification (KYC). 7ezd uses KYC procedures to verify player identity, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. Submission of false information during KYC will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Each player may hold only one registered account. If a player is found to have opened multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your 7ezd account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• 7ezd may request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport), proof of address dated within three months (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC. 7ezd will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate any outstanding requirements to the player by email.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 7ezd immediately by emailing [email protected]. 7ezd will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to protect their credentials.

7ezd accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or gift your account or the funds contained within it to any other individual. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

5Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

7ezd supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7ezd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before transacting. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits current at the time of the transaction, as published on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your casino wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 7ezd targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST may be processed on the following business day.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. 7ezd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals of unusually large amounts.
• Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for the purpose of wagering. Depositing funds with no intention to wager — for instance, to exploit deposit bonuses or manipulate payment processing — is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or erroneous credit to your account, you must notify 7ezd immediately. Any funds credited to your account in error remain the property of 7ezd. You must not wager with such funds, and they will be reclaimed by 7ezd upon identification of the error.

7ezd is not a financial institution. Funds held in your casino wallet do not accrue interest. 7ezd is not liable for any foreign exchange losses, bank charges, or payment provider fees that may arise as a result of your use of the Platform. Players are advised to check their payment provider's terms before transacting.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7ezd offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on the Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are issued per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts or shared payment methods will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 7ezd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any bonus funds already credited and subject to an active wagering requirement will not be affected by the modification.
• Bonuses credited to your account expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process, or used in any manner inconsistent with the promotion's published terms.

7ezd's promotional offers are intended as entertainment incentives for genuine players. Any strategy, betting pattern, or account behaviour that 7ezd determines to be designed to extract bonus value rather than engage in good-faith play — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, automated betting, or coordinated multi-account wagering — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, voiding of related winnings, and closure of the account.

7Responsible Gaming

7ezd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available at all times from within your account settings. 7ezd strongly encourages all players to make use of these tools proactively rather than waiting until gambling has become problematic. Players aged 21 and above only.

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time limits: you may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. This helps prevent extended play sessions that may impair judgement.
• Self-exclusion: you may request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ezd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in further legal action where applicable. 7ezd monitors Platform activity using automated systems and human review to detect prohibited behaviour.

• Fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal financial activity. 7ezd reports suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Collusion between players — including sharing account credentials, coordinating bets to guarantee a win, or communicating hand or game information in live dealer games.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour directed at 7ezd staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

7ezd's decision on all matters relating to prohibited activities is final. Where an investigation is ongoing, 7ezd may place a temporary hold on an account and its associated funds until the investigation is concluded. Players will be informed of the outcome by email.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 7ezd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, user interface designs, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7ezd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7ezd. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ezd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. The following specific exclusions of liability apply:

• 7ezd does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.
• 7ezd is not liable for losses caused by a player's own decisions, including the decision to place a wager, the size of a wager, or the choice of game or market. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and players accept this risk upon registration.
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 7ezd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.

11Amendments to These Terms

7ezd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Requests for account closure submitted following a Terms amendment will be processed within 5 business days.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 7ezd operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before you do so.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. 7ezd's decision on all gaming-related disputes — including disputed game outcomes — is final, subject to manifest error.
